Dr. Gerald Buchoff - Longevity Veterinary Center Owner, Director

A veterinarian from Whippany, New Jersey, Dr. Gerald Buchoff cares for all types of pets at the Longevity Veterinary Center, a facility he opened in 2023. In his role at the center, Dr. Gerald Buchoff oversees the practice that treats animals using conventional and holistic therapies.

Dr. Buchoff offers a range of procedures and therapies at the Longevity Veterinary Center, including Stem Cell, Ozone, Microbiome Replacement, and IV Vitamin C therapies. Other therapies that he has expertise in are chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, and cancer treatments. In addition to these services, he offers alternatives to spaying and neutering, such as ovary-sparing spays and vasectomies. The clinic offers wellness visits, dental procedures, and emergency care.

In addition to his work in veterinary medicine, Dr. Buchoff has also co-hosted a News 12 New Jersey program, “The Pet Shop," and appeared on a September 2021 episode of the Today Show. He has also worked as a veterinarian with the Liberty Science Center and the Palisades Kennel Club. In the early part of his career, he had completed research in the discipline and published in the Indian Journal of Veterinary Medical Association.

Dr. Buchoff is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association, the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association, and the Northern New Jersey Medical Association. His expertise includes a master’s degree in immunology from Rutgers University and a doctor of veterinary medicine from the GB Pant School of Veterinary Sciences.
